Our olive oil is made in the Sicilian town of Partinico. Handmade olive oil production is an integral part of the history of the area. This ancient tradition is witnessed by the old mills and the centenarian trees which today still surround the town.
The area is particularly suitable for the cultivation of Cerasuola olives, due to both the climate and soil mixture. The land is rich in nutrients and does not need much irrigation as it is damp enough, even in drought times: it enjoys the gentle breeze coming from the sea.
