We are proud to carry on an old tradition, started in 1850. In the past 170 years, each generation has run the Company with great passion and love for the land. Since day one, we have kept an eye on new technologies, while preserving our core values: high quality, sustainability and authenticity. That’s how we make our precious olive oil.
Our top-quality olive oil is made in the Sicilian town of Partinico. In this area, the soil is highly suitable for the cultivation of Cerasuola olives. From the milling of these delicious fruits, we obtain a true nutraceutical. Our olive oil is rich in polyphenols, which delay cell ageing, and vitamin E, which reduces the risk of cardiovascular and degenerative diseases.
Our top-quality olive oil is cold extracted. No heat is added during extraction, to preserve the nutritional properties of our olives. We do our job with passion and dedication: we take care of our olive groves during the year, and when the time comes, we harvest and mill our olives in less than 48 hours. This gives our olive oil a unique aroma and quality.

Golden-green tinted and intense, with the scent of artichoke, chicory and wild thistle. Harmonic taste, with prominent mint and rosemary aroma. Black pepper and almond tones are present, and bitter and spicy notes are well balanced.
Bottled in 500 ml glass bottles with non-refillable cap and stain-resistant label.
It pairs well with starters with asparagus and artichokes, barley and spelt salads, seafood salads, vegetable and legume soups, mushroom salads, grilled mushrooms, vegetable and greens salads, grilled fish, fresh cheeses, grilled red meat, roasted rabbit and poultry, bread, biscuits and doughnut.
